I get questions in my email on a daily basis. Over the years, many of these questions and answers have been deleted and lost. Of course, some of these questions have been repeated over and over again. But to make sure that all serious enquiries are handled promptly with a personal touch, I always reply them directly, individually and quickly.
As with any service that has an email contact, the number of non-serious enquiries far outnumber the number of serious ones. I am a clinician harnessing the power of the internet to better service and communicate with people keen on visiting me for dental treatment. Websites cost time and money to run. Curiously, some people out there think that I’m a source of free information on demand. You won’t believe that there are students who think I can do their research for them. I’m sorry, but I don’t have sponsors that pay for my rent and workers’ salaries.
My objective for setting up this site/blog is to create an archive of Q & A. Questions posted here will be replied at my own leisure. I will also post some of the commonly asked questions over here so that surfers just looking for information and nothing else can still find some information. With this database, I can redirect the “casual” enquiries without disappointing anyone.
